The town hall gave the licence to connect the house to the red (at 1200m)

A well digger confirmed the possibility to drill and get water.

* A source and an old well are giving water collected into an open tank of 15000 L (also renovated). The production is not enough for the house needs but perfect for a kitchen garden, the earth being very rich.

Mobile phone red with “Movistar company” is excellent. Possibility of a trak line.

2 septic tanks : a chimical one for the main house (and next to the gas oil tank) and an ecologic one for the kitchen.
